Sue Wilke is our Business Manager. As Business Manager, it is her job to make sure that we accurately process our customers' vehicle acquisition documents - and that all customers receive the information they need to choose the appropriate level of risk protection on their new vehicles.
Everybody loves Ron. Ron Herzel is a long-term resident of Lompoc and is extremely active in our community.

Dave Lauderdale is one of the dealership's two Service Advisors. Dave has over 20 years of experience as a service manager - 15 of them with Lompoc Honda. Dave has won almost every award and certification possible for someone in his position, and is one of the key reasons we win "customer service satisfaction" awards, year after year after year.
Frank Villalobos is one of the dealership's two Service Advisors. Frank has been an employee of Lompoc Honda for over 9 years and during that time has completed a wide variety of automotive and management training with Honda. We frequently receive letters from our customers telling us about the warm service they receive from Frank, and the trust he has earned from them over the years. Frank is the kind of person we would like to bring our car to for service. We are sure you'll feel the same way.

Collision Center
Mark Kashman has been with Lompoc Honda for over ten years, and has recently been promoted to Body Shop Manager. Prior to this position, Mark was a Body Repair Estimator and a Service Advisor with Lompoc Honda. Mark wants our customers to know that we work with all insurance companies, we work on all makes and models of vehicles, we offer shuttle service to and from our body shop, and that customers can drop off and pick up their vehicles six days/evenings a week. No other Body Shop around will do our quality of work or make you feel like a VIP like we will!
